Should your equipment be faulty above and beyond YOUR economical repair price, you pay NOTHING under our NO FIX NO FEE policy. You also take advantage of our FIXED PRICE SERVICES so no matter how long it takes us, your price is FIXED. This is especially useful for virus, trojan, malware and adware cleaning.
For home and office call outs we charge in 15 minute blocks with a minimum call out charge based on 30 minutes.
